LM Workroom will kick off your project with a complimentary consultation where we discuss your goals and concerns, look at inspiration images, take measurements and provide calculations, all while understanding how you and your family want to live in the space. Our initial meetings can be scheduled over the phone, virtual consultation, or in your home.

At LM Workroom we believe in a seamless client experience in order to achieve our desired end result. Our team manages all the details from finding fabrics to the installation of products so you can enjoy the process of designing your home. On delivery day we will coordinate & manage the deliveries, installers, and ensure your room is designed to your specifications.

Pricing
$45 each
Custom Pillows
16'“-24” Custom Pillows either knife edge or self-welt cording. Flange & custom designs are available at an additional cost.
$80-200+ each
Custom Cushions
Custom cushions are priced based on size. To receive a quote please email us an estimate with measurements. Piping & zipper are included in prcing quote.
$85 - $140 per width
Panels
Custom panels are priced out by width. Pricing varies by style & length.
Adding Tape or fringe $10 per foot
Standard Lining: $9 a yard
Common sizes for ceiling height. Prices are based on DIY measurements & installation. Professional installers are priced separately.

Roman Shades
LMW charges per square foot for roman shades for labor, and standard lining.
